Shipping and Returns

Fulfillment:

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled. We work with Printful to fulfill and create our products, so fulfillment times vary. They will also be affected by weekends and holidays. And please keep in mind that each cap is made to order, and adequate time is needed to make it to perfection.

Shipping:

United States:

1. USPS Priority Mail

Priority Mail is always free and takes 1-3 days for delivery after fulfillment. This shipping time will be affected by which of our two manufacturer locations ships your order, where you are located in relation to that shipping origin, and the day of the week you place your order. No matter what though, shipping in the US is always free!


International:

1. Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $10 and can take between 7-20 days after fulfillment. This is due to long shipping distances, customs rules, and local delivery times.

2. USPS Priority Mail International

Priority Mail International takes between 6-10 days after fulfillment. Delivery times and prices are affected by the reasons listed above.

We apologize for any inconveniences that our shipping practices may cause. We try to offer a simple, easy-to-use shipping selection and we hope that you can find a suitable shipping option for yourself.

Note: For international shipping outside of the USA, please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, delivery destination, and other factors. You will be responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you, the customer. Also, orders that are fulfilled in Europe and that go to a destination in Europe will have quicker transit times. And orders going to EU member states will be exempt from customs.

Returns:

Sales are final since each order is made-to-order after we receive it. We don't have a warehouse or keep any inventory, so we unfortunately don't accept returns or issue refunds.

However, if there is a defect with the order, we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (contact@coincaps.co) within 30 days. We don't accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size or a different color

Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order.

Coin Caps operates with the help of Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if the carrier tracking system indicates that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, in such cases, we will not make any refunds and will not resend the product. It will be up to the customer to place a new order if they want the product.

 

ORDERS MAY BE RETURNED TO THE FACTORY IF:

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful headquarters. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful HQ facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Returned by Customer - It is best to first contact (contact@coincaps.co) before returning any product. This is because the return address on your invoice is of the Printful HQ and they do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for size exchanges as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. Sorry for the inconvenience.
